JOSEPH J. TITOO

JOSEPH J. TITOO is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
(admitted in 1993), a member of the International Bar Association and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. His areas of specialisation include Corporate and Commercial Law, Contracts, Privatization and International Law. He holds an LL.B (Hons) Degree from the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.

DUNCAN M. KIARA

DUNCAN M. KIARA is the holder of an LL.B (Hons) Degree and a Masters of Laws degree from the University of Cambridge. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya (admitted in 1994). His areas of specialisation include Commercial Litigation, Finance and Securities Law, Capital Markets, Intellectual Property Law and Law relating to Trusts. He is a member of the International Bar Association, a Certified Public Secretary and a Fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Society. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and has qualified for admission to the New York State Bar.
